Problems Encountered

These past two weeks have gone by with no major issues. I was consulted by Wendy about a problem she had encountered last week about her Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription being expired. Through research and communication with the ITS department, we were able to solve the issue by signing in and out of the software. By deciding to continue with such method first, we were able to save time by not needing to sync the computer's clock. I also checked with Wendy once again before the end of my shift last Friday and things were said to be running smoothly with no further complications.
