Problems Encountered

The only issue I had encountered this past week was with installing Microsoft Office 2016 on the new Surface laptop. After checking the programs related to any Microsoft Office program and making sure they were uninstalled, I tried to install Office 2016. I then encountered a "Rolling back changes" error in which figured out that there were other programs that were clashing with the installation. I proceeded to check the "Apps and Features" settings on the computer where I found traces of pre-installed Microsoft programs which I then uninstalled. Once the computer was restarted to ensure a fresh canvas, I was able to install Office 2016 successfully.
