Problems Encountered

There were no major issues this past week.

Thomas and Kay had consulted me about an issue about opening their videos on VLC Media Player. They were encountering an issue that stated that there was no codec available to play the videos even though VLC was installed. I was able to figure out that the default app for video playback was set to a Microsoft application instead of VLC and switched it. All videos are now able to be played directly through VLC and no further issues have been encountered.
