This week has consisted of starting the o drive monthly backup, updating the center office computers, and finishing the final Windows updates on the computers at the front.

Problems Encountered

The only problem I have encountered throughout the week was an issue regarding the backup process of the o drive. Specifically, I ran into an error in which files were not being found in the original o drive location although the files were clearly there. To resolve the issue, I attempted to use the command line. However, after doing so, I was still not able to backup the files and resorted to ejecting and reconnecting the hard drive after a couple minutes.

This action then led to the resolution of the problem and I was able to continue with the backup of the o drive with no other issues.
