This week has mainly consisted of continuing the o drive monthly backup, updating the center office computers and a few other tasks.

• Complete Windows updates on all center office computers
• Install Adobe Presenter 10 on meeting room laptop
• Turn off auto-fill in workstation
• Remove Malwarebytes nag notification

Problems Encountered

This week, the main problem I have encountered was getting Administrators permission to copy specific files to the hard drive. Although I have gained a wider grasp on the concept and the overall problem, I still have not been able to get Administrators permission. I have tried to get permission using Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) and locating the hard drive through this but to no avail. Specifically, I have thought that maybe through RDC, I would be able to run File Explorer using the Administrators group. From there, I was thinking that I could locate the hard drive once again and hopefully have Administrators permission to copy all necessary files, basically doing the whole process within RDC.
