September 9 - 13, 2019

This week consisted of various tasks including resetting a surface computer, creating more space on the portable hard drive, and searching through Spririon scan results for important SSNs and CCNs.

Tasks for the Week

• Send out MCC computer update schedule
• Search Spririon scan results for SSNs and CCNs
• Speed up workstation computer (slows down when uploading photos)
• Deactivate Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft office licenses on surface computer
• Connect MCC printer to surface computer
• Factory reset surface computer

Problems Encountered

There were no major issues this week. I was able to deactivate the Microsoft office license using the the command line after doing some research online. The MCC full-time staff has also signed up for both updates and restarts so I will be checking it once again for this coming week’s updates.
