Problems Encountered

There were no issues this past week.

As for the Microsoft Office Activation pop-up, Thomas had consulted me about removing the pop-up since the software had already been activated with a volume license. After doing some research, I was able to remove the pop up by deleting the OEM register value for Microsoft Office by using regedit.
